How do I place an order?

If  you are interested in buying or ordering an artwork, click the ADD TO CART button, or if you would like a personalized artwork click on ADD  TO PERSONALIZE and fill up the details form.

 

Do you take custom orders?

 

Yes! If you have a design, idea, or special request, I'd be happy to discuss it. In addition, if you like any of my designs but would prefer a different size or a different color combination or text, please feel free to contact me. at  Info@adastudiodesigns.com

Will my order look exactly as shown in the photo?

Slight variations between each quilled artwork are expected as they are handcrafted, so your artwork will not be identical, but similar. and will vary slightly from the photos shown. The process of cutting, folding, curling, bending and pressing of the paper strips is creative and individual to each Artwork.

Since the artwork is made by gluing paper, it is normal to see a bit of clear dried glue.
Also note that the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly from the original piece due to different screen settings.

Payment and Shipping

​Shipping is free  on orders over $100.00 

If you need expedited shipping please ask when placing the order for further details.

Payment can be made on the website directly with a credit card,

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap. Then, placed in a bubble bag or box depending on size.

Returns

All sales are custom made and therefore final. I  will send pictures of the work in progress before shipping. I am unable to accept cancellations or returns, but please be in touch with any questions or inquiries about your order.

I will gladly accept a return (exchange) if the item comes damaged, in which case you should take pictures of the item and its packaging, within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Return authorization is required for proper processing.
